After we have consulted by phone and agreed to an appointment for assessment, we will meet at my office.  I do not accept walk-in business, please see the Contact Information webpage.  My office is located in the First Hill/Capitol Hill area of Seattle, close to I-5,  Seattle University and Swedish Medical Centers.   

Coming from the north:

1. Drive South on I-5
2. Take the exit number 165A toward James Street
3. Stay straight to go onto 6th Avenue
4. Turn left on James Street (James becomes Cherry), Drive .6 miles
5. Turn left on 12th, drive 1 block
6. At the corner of 12th and East Colombia is a Starbucks. This is the building.
7. Turn right on Columbia and then turn left in about 50 into the (slightly hidden) parking lot.  Please note your parking stall number.  You will not have to pay for parking.
8. The entrance to my suite is in the back of the building on the ground level, facing the parking lot.  The sign on the door reads  "Associates in Behavioral Health".

Coming from the south:

1. Drive North on I-5
2. Take the Dearborn/James Street exit number 164A toward Madison
3. Keep left at the first fork in the ramp and right at the second fork
4. Turn right on James Street (James becomes Cherry), Drive .5 miles
5. Turn left on 12th, drive 1 block
