Assessment To get started, please call me at (206) 525-9665. If you reach my voice mail, let me know that you are interested in therapy and the best time for me to call you back. When I return your call, we can discuss briefly what is going on in your life and what you are seeking help for. If there appears to be a good fit between your needs for therapy and the services that I offer, we will set up an appointment. I can usually see people within a few days of our initial contact. Appointments are often easier to schedule if you can come in during the day. An initial contact by phone is preferable to email because it gives us more opportunity to exchange information. |
